From the initial enquiry, Technical Building Design will either book an appointment with you to come and look at the proposed work, give you a quote and take measurements, or you can come to our Epsom showroom in Surrey with the necessary dimensions.

We are available to help with initial drawings, structural calculations, submitting planning permission, decorations, the sort of joinery and wardrobes you want, and any other requirement.

Our kitchen and bathroom design service comes in 3D to give you an even better picture of how your new room may look. We then go into further detail with the quotation and make any adjustments to either the project or the budget, depending on a myriad of factors that may come into play. The timescale is then worked out and we agree a deposit fee and sign an agreement.
